2. Online Store Terms
By placing an order with Pippa & Pluk, you confirm that:

• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You will not use our products for any unlawful purpose
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Product Information
We take care to present our products as accurately as possible. However:
• Colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings
• Natural fibres and materials may differ slightly in texture or tone
• Measurements are approximate
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products without notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
We accept secure payments via:

• PayPal
• Afterpay
• Major credit and debit cards
We do not store or access your payment information.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
National orders are sent via Australia Post with the following options available at checkout:
• Standard Shipping (2–4 business days)
• Express Shipping
Free Standard Shipping applies to orders over $200 AUD.
We also offer local cargo bike delivery within 6km of Carlton North:
• $8 flat rate
• Free on orders over $120
• Delivered Mondays & Thursdays
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, holidays, or location.
Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Full-priced items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from marks, stains, or odours
• In perfect, saleable condition
• With all original tags attached
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Sale items, pacifiers, underwear, swimwear (if stocked), and gift cards are final sale unless faulty.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and approved.
Exchanges follow the same conditions and availability.

7. Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where required under Australian Consumer Law.
This does not cover damage caused by improper care, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards:
• Are non-refundable
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Do not expire unless required by law
9. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address details provided at checkout.
10. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers, including payment processors, email marketing platforms, analytics services, and other applications.
These providers operate under their own Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies. Pippa & Pluk is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pippa & Pluk is not liable for:

• Incorrect address information provided by the customer
• Damage resulting from misuse or improper care
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.
