We currently ship within Australia only.
International shipping may be available in the future.

All national orders are sent via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: Available at checkout

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and public holidays.

Free Standard Shipping on Australian orders over $200 AUD

For orders under $200, standard and express shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We offer free local cargo bike delivery within 6km of Carlton North.

A considered alternative to standard shipping — delivered thoughtfully across Melbourne’s inner north.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

During busy periods or new releases, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Once handed over to Australia Post, transit delays are outside our control.

While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will always assist you in resolving any issue and ensuring your parcel reaches you safely.
