Returns & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Free from marks, stains, or odours
• With all original tags and packaging attached
• In perfect, saleable condition
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Exchanges
If you would prefer a different size, please contact us and we can place the replacement on hold while your return is on its way (subject to availability).
Exchanges follow the same 14-day return window and conditions.
For exchanges, we cover the cost of shipping your replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale unless deemed faulty:
• Sale or discounted items
• Underwear or swimwear
• Pacifiers / dummies
• Gift cards
Return Shipping
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as Pippa & Pluk cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
As a small, independent boutique, this allows us to maintain considered pricing while continuing to support the European makers we curate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refunds apply to the product value only, unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care when packing your order.
If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
