At Pippa & Pluk, we ship each order with care and intention so your pieces arrive safely and beautifully.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
While we’re travelling, orders will be dispatched once weekly on Thursdays until early July.
Orders placed before Wednesday 5pm (Melbourne time) will ship on Thursday that same week. Orders placed after the Wednesday 5pm cutoff will ship the following Thursday.
You will still receive your order confirmation immediately after purchase, and tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

For orders under $200, standard and express shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Local Cargo Bike Delivery (Melbourne Inner North)
We offer local cargo bike delivery within 6km of Carlton North.
$8 flat rate
Free on orders over $120
Delivery days: Mondays & Thursdays.
Order by 3pm Sunday for Monday delivery, or by 3pm Wednesday for Thursday delivery.
A considered alternative to standard shipping — delivered thoughtfully across Melbourne’s inner north.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
During busy periods or new releases, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once handed over to Australia Post, transit delays are outside our control.
While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will always assist you in resolving any issue and ensuring your parcel reaches you safely.
